To celebrate the 121st anniversary of Taiyuan University of Technology,a grand celebration gala was held at Mingxiang Hall on the evening of May 6th. The teachers and students gathered to participate in various activities and celebrate this unforgettable moment with their unique way.
Ren Xiyin,on behalf of the university's Party committee,conveyed warm wishes and sincere greetings to all teachers, students and alumni. He also expressed heartfelt gratitude to the students and teachers from the College of Art who have prepared for the art performances. He pointed out that the past year of 2022 was an extraordinary year. Under the strong leadership of the university's Party committee, the teachers and students united as one, adhered to the fundamental goal of moral education, comprehensively deepened reform,and actively served the major needs of the country and regional economic and social development. TYUT has once again been selected for the list of "Double First-Class" universities and entered a new stage of high-quality development. On the occasion of the 121st anniversary of TYUT, he hoped that all teachers and students would continue to uphold the fine traditions, stick to original mission, and work hard to create a new situation of high-quality development in all aspects of the university.
All the teachers and students sang the university's anthem together, expressing their most sincere birthday wishes to TYUT. The gala ended successfully with beautiful melodies.
