From December 4th to 6th, Vice Rector Viktor Romanovich Stempitsky of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) and Eugene Sinkevich, Head of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory, visited TYUT. Xiao Liantuan, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President of TYUT, met with Stempitsky and held a working meeting. Heads of the TYUT Party and Administrative Office, Graduate School, Office of Academic Research, and International Cooperation Department participated in the meeting.
The meeting primarily focused on advancing joint talent cultivation and scientific research cooperation between the two universities. Both sides reviewed the friendly cooperative relationship and progress already established under the framework of the “China-Belarus University Alliance” and engaged in in-depth exchanges regarding future cooperation directions and key collaborative areas.
The Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics is the Belarusian coordinator within the “China-Belarus University Alliance.” Since signing a Memorandum of Cooperation with TYUT in 2023, the two sides have continuously engaged in dialogue and cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation, scientific research, and faculty/student exchanges. The working meeting has laid a solid foundation for further implementing the mutual consensus and broadening the scope of cooperation.
