QIN Lin

Prof. Lin Qin was born in October 1974 in Lezhi, Sichuan Province. He obtained his B.S. of Industrial Electrical Automation in 1995, M.S. of Material Processing Engineering in 2002 and Ph.D. of Material Processing Engineering in 2007 from Taiyuan University of Technology. He has the Visiting Scholar experience in Prof. Chung group at Department of Materials in Northwestern University in the US from 2010 to 2011. He became a full professor in Taiyuan University of Technology in 2017.

 

Research interests:

l  Surface design and preparation of metal materials

l  Application of plasma in surface modification of materials and related applied basic research
